The proposal responds to its constraints by arranging nine dwellings within a linear open block. A subtle shift, articulated around the circulation core, allows the ensemble to be read as a whole while gently breaking the continuity of the elevation and softening its strict north–south orientation.

Views toward the natural landscape are preserved, avoiding continuous built fronts and fostering a more open relationship with the surroundings: enhancing natural ventilation and sunlight throughout the project.
